This program will address and provide guidance regarding many of the obstacles and ethical considerations facing school attorneys in connection with their representation of school districts and their governing boards of education.

This webinar is open to all attorneys who practice in New York, and in particular, those who practice in the area of Education Law.
New York State Continuing Education (CLE) Credits: One (1) Credit Hour of Ethics and Professionalism. Application for accreditation for this course or program in New York State is currently pending. If approved, this program may be eligible for 1 CLE credit hours in Ethics and Professionalism.
IMPORTANT: Attorneys must register INDIVIDUALLY to receive CLE credit so that attendance can be verified on the date of the webinar. Firm/Group registrations will not be accepted. Important Notice: Partial credit for program segments not allowed. Under the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board Regulations and Guidelines, attendees at CLE programs cannot receive MCLE credit for a program segment unless they are present for the entire segment. Persons who arrive late, depart early, or are absent for any portion of the segment will not receive credit for that segment.
