A discussion on the potential role of Artificial Intelligence on the practice of Education Law in New York.
The presentation will discuss some of the ways Artificial Intelligence can be used in the practice as well as
the potential missteps which need to be avoided. Data privacy and security best practices will
be discussed as well.
Effective January 1, 2023, there is a new CLE category of credit and this webinar will satisfy this credit obligation! Attorneys will be required to complete at least 1 CLE credit hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection as part of their biennial CLE requirement as of July 1, 2023.
The content is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys, is open to all attorneys who practice in New York, and in particular, those who practice in the area of Education Law.
