Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection Ethics Credit:  1.0

Effective January 1, 2023, there is a new CLE category of credit and this webinar will satisfy this credit obligation! Attorneys will be required to complete at least 1 CLE credit hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection as part of their biennial CLE requirement as of July 1, 2023.

The content is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys, is open to all attorneys who practice in New York, and in particular, those who practice in the area of Education Law.

The panel will discuss how cybersecurity intrusions and successful data breaches affect the practice of law and how lawyers can mitigate the impact.
