New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits: Application for accreditation of this course or program in New York is currently pending. If approved, this program may be eligible for 11.5 CLE credit hours in Professional Practice and 1CLE credit hour in ethics.

Important Notice: Partial credit for program segments not allowed. Under the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board Regulations and Guidelines, attendees at CLE programs cannot receive MCLE credit for a program segment unless they are present for the entire segment. Persons who arrive late, depart early, or are absent for any portion of the segment will not receive credit for that segment.

In response to member requests that our organization move in a “GREEN” direction, the 16th Annual School Attorney Law Conference will be “paperless.” Instead of receiving a traditional binder, attendees will receive a packet that includes the PowerPoint slides used during the presenters’ sessions.
